In the short term we can provide you with two options for phone diversion. These can all be stopped or changed at any time.
Your number is diverted to a SINGLE NUMBER, where all inbound calls are forwarded (diverted) to a single home or mobile number
In this plan, we can provide a welcome message with transfer options from 1 to 9. Calls will then be transferred to individual staff members mobile or alternative number. After hours calls can also be automatically transferred to one person.
